No. There is no purchase necessary to enter.

What if my system still works?
That's fine. Older systems are encouraged to enter.

Can renters enter?
No. Entrants must own the property.

Can mobile homes enter?
Yes.

What if I don't know the age of my system?
Enter anyway. We'll help verify it.

Will Brumm contact me?
Yes. We may contact entrants regarding inspections, replacement estimates, financing options, maintenance plans, or contest updates.

The 1st Annual Brumm Dinosaur Hunt ("Contest") is sponsored by Brumm Heating & Air ("Sponsor").

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

The Contest begins June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 31, 2026.

Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

The winner will be announced in August 2026.

To enter, participants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Be the legal owner of the property where the HVAC system is installed. Entrants must be the legal owner of the property and have authority to approve HVAC replacement and permitting work. 

• Own a residential property located within Hernando, Citrus, Marion, or Sumter County, Florida.

• Have an existing residential HVAC system available for inspection and verification.

Employees of Brumm Heating & Air and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

Participants must complete the official contest entry form and provide:

• Name

• Phone Number

• Email Address

• Property Address

• County

• Approximate HVAC System Age (if known)

• Indoor Equipment Photo

• Outdoor Equipment Photo

• System Description and Story Submission

Limit one entry per property address.

The primary determining factor for selection is:

If multiple systems are determined to be of similar age, Brumm Heating & Air may consider:

• Overall equipment condition

• Reliability concerns

• Story submission

• Installation feasibility

 Brumm Heating & Air reserves the right to determine final equipment sizing and system configuration based on industry standards and property requirements. 

All decisions made by Brumm Heating & Air are final.

The winner will receive:

• One (1) Hisense Residential HVAC System

• Standard Installation Labor

• Equipment Startup and Testing

• Manufacturer Registration

Approximate retail value will vary based on system size and installation requirements.

Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

No substitutions will be made except at Sponsor's discretion.

 The prize must be accepted and installation scheduled within 90 days of winner notification unless otherwise agreed upon by Brumm Heating & Air. 

The winner agrees to pay:

• $500 Customer Contribution - Permit fees included in the $500

• Any code-required upgrades

• Any work outside a standard installation

Additional charges may apply if site conditions require work beyond a standard installation.

A standard installation generally includes:

• Removal and disposal of existing HVAC equipment

• Installation of new HVAC equipment

• Connection to existing serviceable electrical systems

• Connection to existing serviceable refrigerant lines when appropriate

• Standard startup and commissioning procedures

• Manufacturer registration

A standard installation does NOT include:

• Ductwork replacement or modification

• Electrical service upgrades

• Panel replacements

• Structural modifications

• Condensate system reconstruction

• Code correction work

• Indoor air quality accessories

• Thermostat upgrades

• Crane services

• Specialty equipment

• Permit fees

• Repairs to existing ductwork

• Repairs to existing electrical systems

• Any work required due to unsafe, damaged, inaccessible, or non-compliant conditions

Brumm Heating & Air reserves the right to determine what constitutes a standard installation.

The selected winner must allow Brumm Heating & Air access to inspect and verify:

• Equipment age

• Equipment condition

• Installation requirements

• Property eligibility

If information submitted is inaccurate or cannot be verified, Brumm Heating & Air may select an alternate winner.

By entering, participants grant Brumm Heating & Air permission to use:

• First name

• Submitted photos

• Equipment photos

• Story submissions

• Installation photos and videos

for marketing, advertising, social media, website, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Participants are under no obligation to purchase products or services from Brumm Heating & Air to enter or win the Contest.

Requesting an estimate, financing information, maintenance information, or any other service does not increase the chances of winning.

Brumm Heating & Air is not responsible for:

• Lost, delayed, incomplete, or incorrect entries

• Technical issues with websites, email, internet service, or third-party software

• Acts of nature

• Circumstances beyond Sponsor's control

Brumm Heating & Air reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if necessary.

Brumm Heating & Air reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false information

• Violates these rules

• Attempts to manipulate the Contest

• Behaves in a fraudulent or abusive manner

Information collected through the Contest may be used for:

• Contest administration

• Customer communication

• Estimates

• Financing information

• Maintenance plan offers

• Future marketing by Brumm Heating & Air

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Brumm Heating & Air does not sell personal information to third parties.

Submission of an entry constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions made by Brumm Heating & Air.
